At Serenity First we are dedicated to providing our communities with quality hospice care throughout COVID-19, while taking special precautions.

• We are accepting referrals and admitting patients to hospice, taking special precautions to screen our staff and the families receiving our care in order to prevent unnecessary exposure.
• We are diligently following CDC guidelines, actively monitoring changes in guidelines, and making accommodations to ensure that everyone who both provides and receives our care remains safe.
• Our telehealth options which we provide in normal circumstances, are especially valuable in this pandemic and allow us to provide supportive care in cases where in-person contact is limited or remote options are preferred.
• We are implementing a COVID-19 Response Team that continues to meet daily to monitor changes so that we are up-to-date on items related to providing care to our precious patients and families.
